AveoLa LounGe is your after-hours corner — lounge playlists, slow-evening rituals, cozy spot notes, and unhurried session logs on your iPhone. This policy covers what we may access, what stays in your private unwind archive, and what we never pass to nightlife marketers or mood-data resellers.

Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the AveoLa LounGe mobile app on the Apple App Store and to read-only content served from this website’s API. It is written for guests of the app and visitors reading this page.
Information
AveoLa LounGe does not require your legal name, email, phone, home address, membership card, or payment details for core lounge-tracking tools.
Session titles, mood tags, venue notes, and ambient memos you add remain for your in-app experience. We do not repurpose them for targeted advertising or resale.
Remote Templates
When the app loads shared copy — welcome screens, sample lounge lists, or placeholder captions — it may fetch public JSON from this domain. That material is generic unwind text, not your private evening ledger.
Photos
If you attach lounge snapshots or ambiance shots, AveoLa LounGe may request camera or photo library access only when you choose to import. Contacts, microphone, and location stay unused unless a future feature clearly needs them and this policy is updated.
Device
Standard iOS storage and networking support optional templates and updates. Diagnostics you voluntarily share with Apple follow Apple’s privacy terms.
Hosting
Infrastructure partners operate this policy page and API endpoints. They retain traffic logs needed to run servers under their own practices.
Optional analytics or support tools, if added later, will be named here with collection limited to their role.
Minors
AveoLa LounGe is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Contact App Store support if a child submitted information and we will help with removal where possible.
Retention & Security
Sessions you keep in AveoLa LounGe remain under your control on your device. Remove entries in-app or delete the application to clear local storage.
We apply reasonable safeguards to hosted assets. No service is perfectly secure — treat lounge notes like a velvet booth diary, not a public check-in feed.
Your Choices
Leave AveoLa LounGe whenever you choose. Revoke photo or network access in iOS Settings for a quieter offline lounge journal where supported.
Updates
We may revise this policy as AveoLa LounGe evolves. The date above marks substantive changes. Continued use after an update accepts the new terms where law permits.
